MEGAN EASTMAN
Megan's love for yoga began after her first class. As she began taking friends and family to the studio, she realized she had not only a love for the practice, but a passion to share, a desire to teach. Five years later, she completed training with Paul Toiluszis and is currently teaching at the Green Monkey Midtown studio.
Megan's classes are taught in a Vinyasa Flow style, that concentrates on alignment and the poses to clear the mind, while focusing on the breathe, to help shift the body into a deeper state of meditation. She believes yoga is relaxation through invigoration. Freedom in routine. Confidence through self control. Energy within and energy without. The classes are designed to challenge and teach her students the art of cultivating this balance during practice, so they can create it on their own after.
