Where are you from?
Florida!  I am a native Floridian and have lived on South Beach for 15 years.

What did you do before becoming a Monkey?
I am a well seasoned corporate & social event planner with expertise in marketing and worked in South Beach’s nightlife industry for the past 12 years.

Why did you join Green Monkey? 
I wanted to hang up my Food & Beverage event planning hat and get involved with one of the loves of my life – YOGA!

What aspect of Green Monkey do you like the most?
The hope of teaching everyone to live their lives in balance from nutrition, preserving our environment and practicing yoga.

If you could open a Tree House anywhere in the world, where would it be?
French Riviera

If you could choose any guest host for a Green Monkey event, who would it be?
Probably a celebrity yogi such as Russell Simmons, Gwyneth Paltrow, Madonna or Sting & Trudie.

What helps keep your life in balance?
YOGA!

What are your favorite Green Monkey classes?
Any Paul Toliuszis class, Atomic yoga with Steven Herbst and Paul Richardson and Green Monkey Running Group with Cat.
